Can’t get hold of customer service

No experience because they dont answer phone calls and they dont reply to the email text messages. Ive spent a fortune on this company and it is a fortune but no more.

Since they only do online customer service its gone horrendous Ive shopped here for years but I think its time to find a better supplier one that is experienced, passionate about their customers helpful. .

Nothing to say other than, I love the product, but not buying if a human is not available for questions asked.

#1 - I wanted to speak with a human to discuss leggings. Since there was NO contact # available, I opted to do 'Chat." I initiated a chat only to find that I was speaking to a bot who had NO idea how to interpret my question.

I then went on a search for customer service which took up even more time. Long story short, I did NOT purchase the 2 pair of leggings, b/c after spending at least 20 minutes in my busy workday, a human was nowhere to be found. Very disappointing.

I have 2 pair of SB leggings from a few years ago, both of which I really like. You no longer have those available so I wanted to inquire as to which current leggings are similar to what I previously purchased.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and that person just threw it on the sidewalk in front of their house. I just happen to see a package sitting on the sidewalk and realized it was mine.

Sweaty Betty have completely ignored the issue

Been trying to sort out my Gaia yoga pants since January. Bought in November from Carnaby Street, which has now closed down.

Colour running from them onto my skin. Chatbot is useless. Sending me back to a shop that's closed. No other branch will do anything.

I wanted an exchange but there's no chance. Keep being sent round in circles. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. They don't care.

Service was a million times better when Tamara owned it. Now it's Wolverine, the most rubbish company on the high street. Sweaty Betty staff are more interested in themselves than customer satisfaction.

Avoid this company at all costs. I've started legal action against them.

It is now a matter of principle after it will hopefully stop the company from ignoring complaints from other customers. I am fully aware of the costs involved and don’t really need telling. I am not wasting my time either.

Help with order and 20% code I couldn't process

It was too difficult to get the 20% code. It took many tries to get it and too long waiting for delivery.

Also, it's too difficult to get a live person and waiting for an email response. The chatbot didn't understand my question.

I ended my employment in sweaty betty uk ( Clarks village )

Im now being told because it was before my probation you will be deducting 1/2 my wages for the uniform .

Ive had a HR specialist read my contract and nowhere does it state this

Im happy to return my uniform ?

Please help in 17 need every bit of my wages

I see other reviewers who purchased like me, in December 2024, did not receive the items they bought, I am in the same boat, I ordered on December 30, 2024, have a tracking number, e-mailed them three times, no answer, no update, maybe they are going under. Sub-par customer service is an understatement.

Awful. No customer service .

Cannot speak to a representative. Cannot email successfully. And they offer a live chat, which is not a live chat. It is a bot.

And the quality of the leggings are not good. . I would never recommend sweaty Betty to anybody.

Including that theyre making me right an experience with more letters than I feel like using. a totally unbusiness like unprofessional company
